Carol Miller

As a Personal Trainer Carol has experience working with a wide variety of people through many different fitness domains. The fitness and consultation programs are tailored to help individuals succeed a healthy lifestyle change, whether you want to lose weight, increase flexibility, or simply feel good.

Carol has been a Licensed Zumba Instructor since 2011 and an active member of Zin (Zumba Instructor Network). Zumba Fitness has allowed Carol the opportunity to share her love for health and fitness with a wider range of people, and given her the freedom to introduce new and exciting fitness formats such as Zumba toning, PIYO, Tone Blasting and Body works plus abs.

She is known for her endless energy and her unique teaching charisma. Carol choreography is creative and unique, making even the simplest of moves become dynamic and fresh. Carol has a keen ability to motivate and inspire new and advanced students alike to simply let loose and enjoy life through exercising.

 

Renee Blanchar

My name is Renee and I have received my RYT-200 certification from Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta and I am currently registered with Yoga Alliance. I specialize in people who are interested in exploring and deepening their practice with the mind/body yoga experience, to help improve not only in their physical self but also broadening the benefits of yoga in all aspects of their life. Whether you are new to yoga or have had practiced yoga for many years, my style of teaching highlights the technical aspect of poses while infusing a light humorous attitude throughout the class.

Jeimy Quiroz

Hello, I'm Jeimy Quiroz and I love to Dance! I've danced since I was a little girl. I was born in Peru and musica latina is in my roots. I became a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor in March 2013. I really love to teach Zumba classes; it's fun, sweaty, and challenging. It gets you in shape, releases stress and works the mind.  

 

Will Smith

I've had the honor to travel the world and during my travels I have been trained by great teachers in many cities, places, gyms, parks, back yards, grid irons, diamonds, courts, blacktops, beaches, tracks, trails, rinks and oceans learning a wide range of techniques, dances, arts, styles, disciplines, and perspectives. Follow me on this fitness journey here in Atlanta as I partner up with Fitness Tri.

 

Montez

My name is Montez aka TNT. I'm certified with AAAI and also NASA. I'm currently coaching and train high school and professional football and track players, while also helping people lose weight, while also toning. Getting them In the best shape of there lives. Me being a former football and track athlete, love physical activity. Things like swimming, hiking, Are some of my hobbies. I currently run the bootcamp and one on one training. If interested in fun and hard work, get at me.

 

Alandrea Spruill

Alandrea Spruill is the owner of LaLeo’s Body LLC, DBA The Best Hands Ever. The celebrity massage therapist, esthetician and touch expert with 10 years of experience in the massage, beauty and wellness industry. Alandrea is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician in the state of Georgia, a 2006 graduate of Rising Spirit School of Natural Health and 2013 graduate of Atlanta School of Aesthetics.
Alandrea has been trained and certified in several massage modalities including but not limited to Oncology Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre-natal, Certifications: Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Spa Therapies, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy and Yoga.  Facial training includes basic facials, Acupressure facials, Microdermabrasion, LED, Microcurrent, Body treatments, waxing and Make- up application.

 

Mehrnaz Atri

I am a certified personal trainer through National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Certifications: Weight Loss Specialist, Women's Fitness Specialist, Certified Black Belt in Martial Arts, CPR/ AED certified.

In addition, I am currently working towards my certification in Corrective Exercise Specialty. As a personal Trainer, I dedicate myself to providing guidance to my clients by helping them achieve their personal health, fitness, and performance goals via implementation of exercise programs, nutritional recommendations, and suggestions on lifestyle modifications. My 15 years of experience as a group fitness Instructor for classes such as Kickboxing, Boot camp, Core training, Body sculpting, and Body pump have helped me to incorporate a variety of exercises while working with clients during their one-on-one personal training sessions.Please feel free to approach me with any fitness questions and needs.
